1. Sweepstakes Period/Sponsors: The âBuffaloâs Cafe Survey Sweepstakesâ (the âSweepstakesâ) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (âEDTâ) on March 8, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on March 31, 2024 (the âSweepstakes Periodâ).
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C., ages 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsors, parent company and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as their advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in the development, administration, fulfillment and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, âSweepstakes Entitiesâ) and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of each are not eligible to enter or win.
3. How to Enter: To enter visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RestaurantSurveyBC during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and complete the Survey Form to be entered. The person named on the Survey Form will be deemed the entrant (âEntrantâ). In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, Sponsor shall be entitled to assume that the person whoâs name appears on the Survey Form, or if such person is a minor, that personâs parent or guardian, is the registrant or player. Entries must be submitted by an individual; no group entries allowed. Incomplete, unreadable, unintelligible or otherwise non-compliant Entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an Entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes a Day starts at 12:00 A.M. EDT and ends at 11:59 P.M. EDT (each a âDayâ). Sponsorâs computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. Daily Drawings: There will be 3 drawings to select a winner from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the âPrize Drawingsâ). To qualify for the Prize Drawing, your Entry must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If no entries are received, no prize will be
awarded. The Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about April 1, 2024. Only one prize may be awarded to any person. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one Grand Prize shall be awarded.
5. Prize: One (1) Prize Winner shall be selected following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner shall receive a five-hundred-dollar Visa Gift Card. The Prize is non-transferable. Approximate retail value (âARVâ) is $500.00. One (1) Prize Winner shall be selected following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner shall receive a two hundred fifty-dollar Visa Gift Card. The Prize is non-transferable. Approximate retail value (âARVâ) is $250.00 One (1) Prize Winner shall be selected following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner shall receive a one-hundred-dollar Visa Gift Card. The Prize is non-transferable. Approximate retail value (âARVâ) is $100.00 Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable. Taxes, if any, on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Notification: Sponsors will notify the potential Prize Winner on or before April 5, 2024 by e-mail.The Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsors whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize regardless of notification unless and until entrantâs eligibility is verified. If an Entry is found to be ineligible for any reason, does not respond to the e-mail notification within the time frame stated or the prize comes back as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit any rights to the prize and a runner up will be selected as the winner. E-mail notifications will be sent three (3) times and a potential winner must respond no later than 11:59 PM EDT within five days following the last notification to be verified as the Prize Winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, each Entrant grants to the Sweepstakes Entities the right to use, display, distribute or publish such Entrantâs name, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state), biographical information, and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, and his/her Entry or to refrain from so doing, in any manner in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, anywhere in the world in perpetuity without limitation or compensation and without additional notice. Acceptance of a prize
constitutes a waiver, by Entrant, Identifiable Persons and Third Party Participants, if any, of any claims to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for all uses of the Entry by Sweepstakes Entities or their respective agents that are permitted or granted hereunder.
7. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to the United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States. By participating, Entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if Entrants who are minors in the state in which they reside), on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (âReleasing Partiesâ), (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and the judges, which shall be final in all respects, (b) agree that any dispute arising under this Sweepstakes will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, (c) consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, (d) agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneysâ fees, (e) agree that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (f) hereby release the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individualsâ respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the âReleased Partiesâ) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any awarded prize. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any claims arising out of a breach by Entrant of any of the representation and warranties contained in these Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost,
delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or documents, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays, inability to upload or download or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of such prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, human typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, human error or other error, corrupt the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors shall not be responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot be implemented or if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT (AND THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS IF ENTRANTS ARE MINORS) HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEYâS FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEB SITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND
DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
8. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you when entering this Sweepstakes will be subject to the Sweepstakes Entitiesâ privacy policy. In addition, unless prohibited by the applicable privacy policy or by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sweepstakes Entities permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with select business partners for you to receive offers from those partners and with the other Sweepstakes Entities, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes, for the purpose of administration, judging and prize fulfillment.
9. Official Rules/Winnerâs List: For a copy of the official rules or the names of the winners (available after April 6, 2024), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Bellwether Food Group, 107 Spruce Lane, Zirconia, NC. 28790. (VT residents may omit return postage from Rules requests). Please note on the front left corner of the envelope that you are requesting âRulesâ or âWinnerâs Listâ. Requests must be received by March 31, 2024.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSOR: This Buffaloâs Cafe $100 Gift Card Sweepstakes (âSweepstakesâ) is sponsored by FAT Brands, Inc. (âSponsorâ or âFAT Brandsâ) and runs from May 9, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. (PDT) to August 21, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (PDT) (âPromotion Periodâ).
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, except Rhode Island. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Valid proof of age will be required to collect any prize. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsorâs franchisees, parents, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and judging agencies (and the immediate families and household members of each of the foregoing) are not eligible to win.
4. PRIZES: There will be 15 Grand Prize winners over the promotional time period. Each weekly winner will receive one $100 Buffaloâs Cafe gift card. All terms and conditions of a Buffaloâs Cafe gift card apply. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other related expenses on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online form by providing email address and phone number. Individuals entering the sweepstakes (âEntrantsâ) are not required to register, pay any entrance fees or make any expenditure in order to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sponsor is not responsible and each Entrant waives the right to make any claim related to any cost or expenditure he or she chooses to incur in connection with the Sweepstakes. No correspondence regarding entries will be acknowledged or entered into with Entrants. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants Sponsor an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual royalty-free license to use all entries in all media in connection with Sponsorâs services, including promoting the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries (all of which are void). In case of any dispute as to the identity of an online Entrant, the Submission will be deemed as having been made by the "Authorized Account Holder" defined as the natural person who is assigned to (a) an email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Fifteen Grand Prize winners total. Weekly Grand Prize winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries by September 15, 2022. No entrant may win more than one prize during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will contact the winners through provided email address asking the winner to respond back with complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes do not qualify) to claim the prize. If the Sponsor is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential prize winner via email within 24 hours of initial notification attempt, then that contestant may be disqualified, and an alternate potential prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).
7. SPONSORâS DISCRETION. Sponsorâs decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
8. TERMS & CONDITIONS. As a condition of participating, each Participate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
a. Compliance with Law and Official Rules. Entrants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and to abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and be bound by these Official Rules.
b. Waiver and Release. Neither Sponsor nor any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, or any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, franchisees, employees or promotion/advertising agencies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, any personal injury or death associated with the use of the prize.
c. Indemnification. Each Entrant hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor and its and officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries from any and all suits, actions, claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, awards, liabilities, obligations and damages, including but not limited to attorneysâ fees and costs to the extent arising from or caused by the acts or omissions of any Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation any claim related to the Entrantâs Submission or the content therein.
d. Additional Disclaimers. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Entrants or to any personâs computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
9. OTHER. CAUTIONâANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING, REASONABLE ATTORNEYSâ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant from the Sweepstakes who behaves in a way the reflects negatively on Sponsor or undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, does not comply with these Official Rules or violates any federal, state or local law or ordinance in connection with the Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The Buffaloâs Cafe gift card contains value that you may use only for food and beverages. Every time the card is used, the value of the purchase will be deducted. Any unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties.
10. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST.
