The chicken rodeo on the big bad Buffalo is just one of those “Buffalo things” that has made Buffalos American Grille® unique. We only know how to do it one way “The Buffalo way” In 1984 the founders never envisioned that, those recipes, food and the culture would create a worldwide food phenomenon. From those very humble beginnings in the first Buffalo’s located in a old south west looking building in Tallahassee Florida began the journey that has lasted over a quarter of a century.
Buffalo’s American Grille ®is all about our famous hot wings, cold beers, southern food, nostalgic atmosphere, great friends, all while delivering a unique dining experience at a reasonable price.
